Mighty Maxxis Showing at X Games 14
8/12/2008Perseverance paid off for Maxxis’ motocross rider Tatum Sik at the inaugural Women’s Summer X Games Moto X race. Sik rode her MaxxCross tires to a third place finish at the Games, held July 31 – August 3 in Los Angeles, California.
Maxxcross tires also aided in podium placement for Maxxis freestyle motocross riders Mike Mason and Tommy Clowers. Mason took a third place finish in the Moto X Freestyle competition, while Clowers nabbed third place in Moto X Step Up.
Maxxis rider Matt Burton turned in a solid performance, with a tenth place finish in Moto X Supermoto. Perennial champ Nate Adams also represented Maxxis at the Games, riding Maxxcross in several events.
Maxxis congratulates all of these riders and thanks them for choosing the brand of champions.
