Eller Wins WSORR Pro Light Round 8
7/31/2008Randy Eller rode Maxxis to victory in the Pro Light class at WSORR’s Round 8, held July 26 in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.
Eller’s Bighorns held up well during the bruising contest. “The tires worked great,” he said. “I really believe the tires are what won the race for us. The tires were the difference there at that track because the track was so shiny blue-grooved, it was all about who could get the most traction.”
Whether he rode Bighorns or other Maxxis models, the brand of champions has given Eller a competitive edge many times over the years. “I’ve raced Maxxis for seven years total and have raced 95 races with them, with over 20 wins, and have never had a tire failure,” Eller said. “We’re shooting for 100. We’ll break 100 at the last race of the year at Crandon [Wisconsin] Labor Day weekend.”
Maxxis congratulates Randy Eller on his latest victory and wishes him the best in his upcoming races.
