Brief Description:
The Network Administrator will provide technical and organizational support managing and evaluating IT systems in our Grapevine, TX location.

Provide technical expertise for all network users in areas of training, problem resolution, hardware and software upgrades.

Ensure that personal computers and networks are functioning properly and are available.

Provide support and maintenance of desktop computers, hardware and software.
Position Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (CS or MIS preferred)
-
Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) to support our Latin American offices.

At least 2 years of IT experience with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Systems, including Server 2003 and 2008, Exchange 2007, MSSQL 2005, Group Policy, Network Security, Cisco, Watchguard, IIS, Veritas, Ghost and ISA Proxy Server, Microsoft WSUS and Sharepoint Services implementation.

Knowledge of server architecture, telecommunications infrastructure and some data center experience

Knowledge in HTML coding, FTP and IIS6.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.

Ability to meet tight deadlines, work independently and prioritize effectively.
Desirable:
- MCSE preferred.

Experience with supporting active directory, server installation and maintenance, tape/NAS backups, and network firewalls (Watchguard) is also needed.

Setup and maintain hardware based VPN connectivity between office locations. VOIP phone system administration desired.

Manage projects/tasks and provides backup support for PBX system and security systems.

An understanding of technical requirements for website hardware.
