Required Skills:
The Network Administrator will provide technical and organizational support managing and evaluating all company-wide IT systems. Provide server maintenance and support of back-end services, including Microsoft SQL Server 2005 and Exchange 2007. Manage projects/tasks and provide backup support for PBX system and security systems. Provide technical expertise for all network users in areas of training, problem resolution, hardware and software upgrades. Ensure that personal computers and networks are functioning properly and are available. Problem solving, customer service and effective communication with other employees/customers will be a daily task.
The Network Administrator should be able to design new systems to integrate with existing systems and have the ability to think ahead and make logical decisions.

Required Experience:
College graduates that have good time management and organizational skills, are enthusiastic, reliable and possess a strong work ethic should apply. Candidates should have at least 2 years of IT experience with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Systems, including Server 2003 and 2008, Exchange 2007, MSSQL 2005, Group Policy, Network Security, Cisco, Watchguard, IIS, and Proxy Server. Knowledge of server architecture, telecommunications infrastructure and some data center experience is required. Experience with supporting active directory, server installation and maintenance, tape backups, and network firewalls (Watchguard) is also needed. IIS, SQL and some programming experience desired.
